William "Bill" Garlough Obituary
Bill Garlough passed away on July 28th, 2024, at the age of 63 years. He leaves to cherish his wife, Kim Garlough; sons, Christopher Garlough and Darcy Garlough (Courtney Cruse); grandchildren, Robyn Cruse, Marsden Garlough and Kiana Garlough; brother, Joey Garlough; sisters, Sheila Poisson, Judy Sampson and Anne Valancourt; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by his parents; brothers; sisters; nieces and nephews.
Bill was born in Cornwall, ON. Bill was a “Joe Fix It” kind of guy that helped everyone with something. He enjoyed golfing, camping, woodworking and mechanics. Bill moved to Saskatoon, SK in 1979 where he met Kim in 1981 and they married in 1982. They moved to Medicine Hat, AB in 1991.
Bill will be remembered as a wonderful, grandfather, husband, father and friend.
No formal service will be held. Donations in Bill’s memory may be made to Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation (childrenshospital.ab.ca) or to St. Joseph’s Home (covenanthealth.ca).
