Obituary
Wayne Neigel passed away suddenly on November 27th, 2022, at the age of 70 years. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Jan Neigel; children, Dana (Dallas) Wyman, Kim (Corey) Neigel, Carmen (Matt) Funk, Jerri-Lynn Brown, Jeff (Kelly) Hensel; grandchildren, Josh (Cassie) Wyman, Quintin (Hannah) Wyman, Kahler, Kinley and Kyren Brown, Evan Hesse, Jordan and Theo Funk, Lucas, Blake, Curtis, Andrew and Reagan Hensel; brothers, Bill Neigel, James Neigel and Allan Neigel. He was predeceased by his parents Val and Vera Neigel, his brother Glen and daughter, Stephanie Hensel.
Wayne was born in Edmonton and raised in St. Albert. After living in various cities, he has resided in Medicine Hat for the last 12 years. He enjoyed motorbiking, camping and spending time with his family. He was secretary treasurer for Alberta Broomball for over 30 years and a member of the Medicine Hat Hog Chapter.
A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Wayne’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
