Susan Seffern Obituary
Susan Margaret Seffern (Lange) of Kerrobert, SK passed away peacefully on April 1st, 2024 at the age of 69 years. She is remembered by her loving children, Brent (Keri) Seffern, Bruce (Wendy) Seffern and Tara (Jordan) Mackinnon; seven grandchildren, Katie, Gibson, Zaira, Toby, Drake, Hennessy and Quaid; brother, Doug (Chic); sisters, Janice and Kathy; sisters-in-law, Jean, Diane and Boni; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Susan was predeceased by her husband, Brian; parents, Herman and Margaret Lange; siblings, Marilyn and Joseph.
Susan was born in Goodsoil, SK on June 7th, 1954, to Herman and Margaret (Hankey) Lange. She was welcomed to the family as the youngest of 5 children growing up in Goodsoil, spending time by the lakes and rivers. In 1975, she began sharing her new life on the farm with her loving husband, Brian, back in Kerrobert. Their family was then made complete by their children, Brent, Bruce and Tara. Susan loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends.
Susan’s family would like to thank Dr. Wentzel and the hospital staff at the Kerrobert Hospital for the care and comfort they provided Susan in her final days.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 6th at 2:00pm at the Kerrobert Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Susan’s memory may be made to Kerrobert Integrated Healthcare Centre.
