Scott "Scotty" Viola Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Scott Laroy Viola on March 19, 2025, at the age of 50. Born and raised in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Scott spent his entire life in the community he called home.
Scott was predeceased by his parents, Connie and Laroy Viola. He is lovingly remembered by his son, Angelo Viola (Keira Kish), and Angelo’s mother, Jessica Viola Rauchwarter. He is also survived by his sisters, Tracey Heggie and Tannis Stewart, along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Scott had a deep love for the outdoors and found joy in fishing, camping, cooking, gardening, and working on vehicles. However, his greatest passion in life was spending time with his son, Angelo, creating memories that will be cherished forever. Scott will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 1:00 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1864 Division Ave N, Medicine Hat. A viewing will take place prior to the service at 12:30 PM.
