Robert "Bob" Arnold Dove

Robert (Bob) Arnold Dove of Medicine Hat, beloved husband of 60 years to Alison, whom he loved so much, passed peacefully into the loving arms of his Saviour on October 18, 2025, at the age of 84 years old. 

Bob was born in Ottawa, Ontario, on August 30th, 1941, to Louis and Grace Dove, and grew up to become an amazing man of faith. He loved Jesus with all his heart and gave everything he had to see people grow in their relationship with God. He was a pastor across Canada and a missionary in India for many years and longed to go back. He always had a good sense of humour and loved to make people smile, and was known as uncle, grandpa, papa and friend to many.

Bob’s memory is lovingly cherished by his wife Alison; his sister, Patience; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; as well as many nieces and nephews, who held a very special place in his heart.

The celebration of life service will be at Haven House of Revival (616 3 St SE, Medicine Hat) on Friday, October 24th at 1:00pm with refreshments to follow. The service will also be live-streamed.
