Robert Taylor Obituary
Robert Taylor passed away on December 24th, 2024, at the age of 78 years. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Brenda Taylor; sons, Gene (Tobie) with their children, Krystal (Joe) and Lily, Derek (Genevieve) with their children, Hope and Paige, Trent (Trina) with their children, Kaila (Jesse) and their child, Jaxon and Kendal; brother, Gerry (Shannon); sisters, Jan (Bill) and Jane (Greg); sister-in-law, Sandra Turner (Joe). Robert was predeceased by his parents, Janet and Maurice Taylor; Brenda’s parents, Stella and Raymond Clark.
Robert was born in Great Britain and raised in Hanna, Alberta. He was a member of Calgary Local 496 Union of Plumbers & Pipefitters for over 50 years.
The family is grateful for the exceptional care from St. Joseph’s Home staff, friends visits, support, food and phone calls.
A Celebration of Life with family and friends will be held at Medicine Hat Golf Course on April 5th, 2025. In lieu of flowers, donations in Robert’s memory may be made to AJ’s Loan Cupboard or St. Joseph’s Home by visiting www.covenanthealth.ca.
