Martin Lynn Bennett passed away on July 12th, 2023, at the age of 65 years. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Valerie Bennett; mother, Gail Adam; daughters, Tara (Kenny) Bennett, Kelly (Brad) Hermanson and Angelyn Olayide; grandchildren, Aden, Kurtis, Abby, Devon, Riley, Brayden, Breanna, Kadence, Katelyn, Maddison, Grayson and Mylah; brother, Mike Bennett. Martin was predeceased by his father, William Adam.
Martin was born in Elnora, AB and spent most of his life between Penticton, BC and AB. He was a great builder and drywaller, he loved building things. He also enjoyed camping, outdoors and fixing vehicles. Martin loved the music of Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Dwight Yoakam and Marty Stewart.
A private Celebration of Life will be held. Donations in Martin’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
