Malcolm Dean Makus

On behalf of our family, we announce the passing of Malcolm Dean Makus on Saturday, November 27th, 2021, at the age of 60 years, in Medicine Hat, Alberta, after a brief illness.

Malcolm is survived by his parents, Vern and Lorraine Makus; siblings, Pamela Hintz (Peter), Kerry Makus (Sharon) and Angeline Anderson (Mark); nieces and nephews, Caitlin Hamilton (Lucas), Bryton Makus, Kelsea Hintz (Brad Tajiri), Shelby, Erin and Courtney Anderson; great niece, Ryan; great aunt, Ruth Fauser; as well as numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. Malcolm was predeceased by his grandparents, Ray and Melita Makus, Henry and Elsie Jacober.

His loving nature will be missed by many who got to know him during his lifetime. His concern for spirituality made him special in the eyes of whomever he was associated with. His cherished past times included camping, fishing, bowling and coffee breaks anytime! He warmed the hearts of acquaintances in Yuma, Arizona and everywhere else he visited during his life with us. He will certainly be missed.
