Linda Joan Spyker
Obituary
Linda Spyker passed away on April 13th, 2023, at the age of 77 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Norman Spyker; son, Norman Spyker Jr. (Michelle Miller); daughters, Laura (Rod) Lodon and Lana Spyker; grandchildren, Tianda (Patrick) Sorsdahl, Tanisha Spyker (Alan Dillon), Marissa Kollross, Sarah Kollross; great grandchildren, Lincoln, Elijah, Anikka, Odinn, Logan, Bentley and Brooklynn; sister, Brenda (Vern) Herter; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Linda was predeceased by her parents, Lloyd and Mary Louise Walters.
Linda was born in Gravelbourg, SK and raised in Fox Valley and Medicine Hat. She moved to Medicine Hat at the age of 16 years in 1962. She enjoyed reading and was always in the garden. Linda worked at Dominion Glass, Pink Lantern and Shasta. She loved bowling, embroidery, word searches and music. She also loved dogs and cats.
Linda will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on April 29th from 1:00pm – 4:00pm at St. Peter Lutheran Church (758 8 St SE, Medicine Hat).
