Le Roy Wardberg Obituary
With somber hearts, the family of Le Roy "LeRoy" announce his passing on August 6, 2026. He leaves to cherish his memory, two sons, Gary and Darrell; grandchildren; his youngest brother, Lyle Wardberg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
LeRoy was predeceased by his parents, Asmund "Ole" and Esther Wardberg; four of his siblings, Loverne, Alice, Alfred and Velma; and his wife, Norine (nee Maurer) Wardberg.
LeRoy was born on October 5, 1938 on a family farm near Robsart, Saskatchewan.
LeRoy lived most of his life in southern Saskatchewan, relocating to Medicine Hat, Alberta for his golden years.
LeRoy built a family with love; his loved ones will hold all of the joyous memories close.
As per LeRoy's wishes, there will be no formal service. A private family graveside near Robsart, Saskatchewan will be held at a later date.
