Joel McNarland

Joel passed away on Thursday, May 20th, 2021 at the age of 53. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Roseann; parents, Gordon and Annette McNarland; son, Ajay (Kimberly); daughter, Kayla Heather; brothers, Sylvio McNarland and Miles (Shauna) McNarland; sister, Geraldine Thomas; mother-in-law, Violet Heather.

Joel was born in Churchill, Manitoba and grew up most of his days in St. Rose. He attended school at St. Rose Collegiate High School. Joel moved to Medicine Hat at the age of 21 and stayed here and worked at Big M (32 years) since then. He was very involved in the Church and held position as the treasurer for the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Joel enjoyed camping and softball.
