Henry "Hank" Kozak Obituary
Henry “Hank” Kozak of Redcliff, AB, born on December 20th, 1949, in Smoky Lake, AB, passed away after a courageous battle. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sylvia; sons, Douglas (Kelly) Kozak and Bobby (Kerry) Kozak; daughter, Tracy (Eve) Kinch; grandchildren, Leo, Bran, Patrick, Maxwell, Hailey and Ella; siblings, Peter (Jeanie) Kozak and Bonnie (Richard) Wonn; first wife, Leona; as well as the cat, Fancy. Henry was predeceased by his parents, John and Isabel; sister, Patsy. Henry served in the military for over 20 years.
As per Henry’s wishes, no formal service will be held.
