Elisabeth Therrien Obituary
Betty Therrien passed away on September 26th, 2025, at the age of 97 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Nancy (Murray) Rabinovitch and Melanie (Murray) Lapka; daughter-in-law, Susan Therrien; grandchildren (whom she loved so dearly), Mason, Taylor, Willow, Lisa and Curtis. Betty was predeceased by her parents, Alois and Margarete Franke; son, Mark (Feb 2025); first husband, Peter Hillebrand (1966); husband, Melvin (Oct 2023).
Betty kept her mind and body active with her daily walks, exercise classes, knitting, reading and baking…especially those delicious German Christmas cookies.
Those that knew Betty will remember her for her infectious smile, twinkling eyes and overwhelming kind heart. She had a rare gift for making others smile, leaving a lasting impact on all those who crossed her path.
She will be sorely missed
