Daniel "Dan" Weatherbee Obituary
Dan Weatherbee passed away quietly in his sleep on July 1st, 2025, at the age of 69 years. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Bernie Weatherbee; mother, Muriel Weatherbee; son, Mark Weatherbee; daughter, Carrie Hill; grandchildren, Teddy, Tristin, Jaydan and Jameson; brother, Robbie (Sharon) Weatherbee; sister, Sheree (Glen) Hunter. Dan was predeceased by his father, Percy Weatherbee; brother, Bruce; sister, Patty.
Dan was born and raised in Springhill, NS. He played hockey, baseball and darts. Dan served in the Canadian Air Force for 23 years and retired as a Warrant Officer. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, curling, woodworking and spending time outdoors. Dan was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025, at Medicine Hat Legion Canteen Room.
