Connie Oler Viola
Obituary
Connie was born in Lethbridge, Alberta on May 4th, 1941 to Carl and Louie Allred as the first of seven children. She married Laroy Viola on September 2nd, 1965 in the Cardston Alberta Temple. They moved to Grande Prairie where they had their two daughters, Tracey and Tannis, and then moved to Medicine Hat in 1973 where they had their son, Scott. Connie had a long and fulfilling career working in various administrative positions at the hospital. She also shared her passion for sewing by teaching a class at the college and owning a fabric store. She was devoted to her family and served her community by faithfully fulfilling a myriad of church callings. Connie also loved being a cheerleader at all of her grandkids’ many sports and fine arts activities.
Connie passed away unexpectedly on July 6th surrounded by her loved ones. Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM 15 July at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Crescent Heights. The family will greet people beginning at 2:00PM.
