Arlene Rissling passed away on January 7th, 2024, at the age of 75 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Lorne Rissling; sons, Jim Rissling and Michael Kenneth Rissling; daughter, Kathy Stephanie Rissling; grandchildren, Landon McNeil, Brianna McNeil and Madalyn Apple Rissling; brother, Donald Embree; sister, Ann Harris.
Arlene was born and raised in Medicine Hat, AB. She attended Medicine Hat High School and worked as a medical record technician, retiring in 1976 to stay at home. Arlene enjoyed reading to her grandchildren and spending time with her family. Her favorite season was the Christmas season as she loved to decorate with all of her treasured keepsakes she collected throughout the years.
Arlene will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
No formal service will be held. Donations in Arlene’s memory may be made to the Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation.
