Barbara "Barb" McIver

Barb McIver passed away on July 26th, 2022, at the age of 46 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Deanna Peters; husband, Robert McIver; son, Jaxon McIver; daughters, Claire (Wesley) Bouthillier, Vanessa McIver and Raichelle McIver; grandchild, Sarah Bouthiller; brother, Steve (Donna) Peters; sisters, Gayle (Craig) Oakman and Valerie (Michael) Dyck; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Barb was predeceased by her father, William Peters; as well as all of her grandparents.

Barb was born in Carman, Manitoba and raised in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. She completed high school at Swift Current Comprehensive High School. Barb enjoyed gardening and plants.

A Celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 1st at Evangelical Free Church - 8 Palliser Pl NE, Medicine Hat @ 1:30pm with Pastor Geoff Heidebrecht officiating. Public visitation will take place at Evangelical Free Church on Monday, August 1st 12:30pm – 1:25pm. Donations in Barb’s memory may be made to Compassion Canada by visiting www.compassion.ca.
